What are Report Cards? |
- Report Cards are created as a result of students completing the Wisconsin Forward Exam. The Wisconsin Forward Exam is the state assessment given to students grades 3-8 and 10. Students take the test each year in March and April. Results are provided to schools prior to the next school year. Individual Student Reports (ISRs) are mailed to families around the start of the next school year.
